This note is to pass along a sincere appreciation for Jonathan and his team on the stucco repair and painting project at 1915 Waugh. Jonathan was always readily available to answer questions and give good explanations on the demo and repair process. He communicated clear expectations when we had questions. With a project of this scope, there are lots of moving parts and Jonathan was able to coordinate them to our satisfaction. He was also very thorough with following up on the miscellaneous items to get the project across the finish line. The crew was very attentive and worked extremely hard. We are pleased to have the work completed to our satisfaction.

Greg & Paul and the entire team at ICE Stucco were fantastic. We were in the process of selling our home when issues were discovered and they helped us navigate a very difficult and demanding buyer continually going above and beyond to answer questions. We obtained quotes from several companies but were most impressed with ICE and they had recently done work on a neighbors home. Their team is excellent. ICE Stucco was able to advance the schedule for work at my residence.. The work was executed in a professional manner and the paint 'match' was excellent. From the moment I reached out to Greg (who at the time was on vacation, yet proactively communicating to customers) till the last brush of paint was applied to our stucco repair, I received nothing short of a stellar, professional customer experience. I was very apprehensive about how the project was going to be. The crew, headed by Jonathan on daily basis and managed by Paul, were wonderful. Started early, worked in this horrible heat and tied each day. I had lots of questions and all were answered with patience and clarity. At the end everything was cleaned up and looking fresh. Fixing stucco is a horrible job but ICE make it survivable. The most important thing is to keep up with the necessary periodic inspections & sealing, which ICE will remind me to do. ICE stucco repair did a 5 star job at my home.Their quote was detailed and well priced for the scope of work. They provided a detail proposal connected each repair to my inspection report.When completed they walked through the proposal and checked off each item. Answered numerous questions about the proposal and the work to be performed. Each day the foreman addressed questions I had about what was happening each day. Paul Ivory came to the site an introduced himself and describe exactly how the repair would be completed. The team worked efficiently, professionally and promptly. At the time the proposal was signed I was scheduled and they even started early and finished before the scheduled window ended. Greg, Paul, Jonathan and crew were great. Showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule, even with weather pushing start back a day. Professional crew and respectful of the property.There was a delay in the pickup of the dumpster, as their vendor mixed something up, but the ICE crew came out next day and removed it themselves allowing us to keep schedule on some other work planned for the property.Hopefully, we do not have any more issues with water penetration through the exterior, but if we do, we will be calling ICE to take care of it.

My experience with ICE Stucco Repair could not have been any better! I reached out to ICE at the end of the week that I received my inspection. The following Friday, my issues were addressed and completed. They provided very detailed documents describing what the job would entail. I carefully selected ICE Stucco Repairs after observing them affect repairs on a my neighbor's house and tendering out the job to several contractors. While ICE was not the cheapest (nor the most expensive either) they are as professional as a residential contractor could possibly be. Extremely detailed contracting process and very punctual scheduling.A real winning endorsement for ICE occurred by chance that my scheduled repairs were brought forward by a week which coincided with another neighbor performing repairs to their home starting exactly the same day. ICE finished in less than half of the time as the competitor with essentially an identical scope of work with their repair methodology being cleaner and more elegant.The finished result is exceptional and while it's only been a week or so since completion, I am not worried about longetivy basis their excellent warranty and observation of my neighbor's work performed by them last year.

We selected ICE Stucco Repairs to repair our home after a stucco inspection revealed some water damage in our walls from poor window flashing.We got numerous bids and the reasons we chose ICE were 1) excellent proposal, very detailed, very prescriptive about what was in scope and what was not; 2) very communicative - Greg was willing to review the stucco inspection report and his proposal on the phone with me and explain in detail what he believed needed to be done, and it was clear from the conversation that he is highly experienced and had read the stucco inspection report closely and understood where the problems were, and 3) price - ICE was fairly priced for the work to be done (some other bids were over 2x the cost, based on the same scope of work).The quality of the work was excellent.If I need stucco work again in the future I'll be calling Greg for his estimate first.

We hired ICE to repair a stucco balcony based on the stucco inspection report that we received during the home buyer process. As we shopped around to find a contractor that can improve the stucco damage, we found that out of the four contractors, only ICE actually understood the problem and recommended a solution that would address the root cause of water damage.When we started work with ICE, I appreciated the support that Paul gave us as we uncovered more than expected damage. Through out the process that our project contact, and the tradesmen at the job site were professional and handled the project to our satisfaction. Overall our project cost more than quoted, but through out the process we were informed and supported in making the right decision for our property. We will highly recommend them for Stucco repair work.

We hired ICE Stucco Repair in Houston TX to repair and waterproof a Juliet balcony along with installing flashing, tile, repairing affected stucco and sealing the area as well as sealing the exterior windows and doors. We sent Greg our stucco report, he quickly responded and provided us a detailed estimate with a very reasonable cost. We are already impressed with ICE right there.Before the work began, Greg and Paul (project manager)were very communicative about the schedule and the expectations around the repair days. When we contacted them, they prompted answered all of our questions and provided solutions. They started the work promptly every day, the work crew members were very friendly and respectful, and finished the work on time (actually early).The repair work itself is just amazing. I was worried that the repaired part would look different than the rest of the house, as it happens. But ICE professionally blended the colors so well that you can't tell at all. We are very very happy with the outcome of the repair. On top of that, they also provide a photographic diary of the before and after photos, documenting the whole repair process.ICE is exceptional and professional in every way, look no further, we highly recommend ICE to all of our friends, families, and you!

We decided to go with ICE due to the thoroughness of their proposal and very competitive pricing. They were a pleasure to work with and stuck to the start date and completion date that they gave us. Looking at the work, it is virtually impossible to see that where the work was done as the design and paint color blended in seamlessly with the original stucco. I would not wish having to do major stucco repairs on a house on anyone. From the moment you see something wrong to the point where the inspector details just how extensive the water damage is, it's an extremely stressful time. That's the situation we found ourselves in when we learned there was extensive water damage to the front of our home. Luckily, a friend recommended ICE Stucco Repairs to us.The extreme professionalism of ICE Stucco Repairs, from Gregory Carter on down, helped ameliorate that stress immediately. Greg was extremely responsive in getting my a detailed estimate to me, and when I needed specific information to provide to my warranty agent, he was able to provide the updated estimate within a day. The estimate itself was well within the median range of estimates I received, and the estimate itself made it clear that it included the expensive cost of replacing a structural beam that would be credited at the end if a replacement wasn't necessary. I did not see this level of detail in any of the other estimates I received.After scheduling the work, the Project Manager, Paul, and the foreman, Jonathan arrived on schedule to walk the site and explain to me how the work was going to go. By the end of the first day, they had built up the scaffolding and stripped away most of the stucco that needed replacing. Three days after that, all the repairs had been completed, and they likely would have finished painting within the week if not for inclement weather halting the work. The workers were all incredibly polite and efficient, and both Paul and Jonathan responded promptly and helpfully to my questions and concerns. Even with the rain delay, the work was completed well ahead of schedule.The work itself looks exceptional. ICE even painted the entire front of the house to ensure that the repaired portions didn't look off. Having seen how it looks when only the new parts are repainted, I was incredibly grateful for this!I can't stress enough how happy we are with the entire ICE team. While we hope none of our other friends or neighbors need to deal with the headache and stress of stucco repair, we know exactly whom we'll recommend if they need it!

It seems hard these days to find a business with good people that will take the time to explain to you what needs to be done, why and how. We purchased 3 story townhome which had some substantial stucco damage, Pretty much whole exterior of the house had to be redone including some replacement of few engineered beans, Paul and Gregory are highly experienced and they were very good about explaining the stucco repair process damaged, what the potential leakage problems were, and the repair estimate with potential areas that could cause the estimate to increase. We contracted with ICE Stucco Repair for a demolition and rebuild of our balcony as well as major repair around several windows where the stucco was compromised and had leaked water into and damaging the surrounding areas. I’ll start by stating, my having to do the repairs at all was a very tough pill to swallow. It was all due to the homebuilders cost cutting at initial construction.That said, I choose ICE due to Greg’s ability to fully explain the major problems, their causes and how ICE would go about solving them. Once I was presented with the proposal I was again, blown away with the attention to detail over each and every procedure no matter the size and scope of each. I had full understanding of the job at hand and felt comfortable their approach would solve my problems.From the second they showed up (on time) you could tell that each employee knew the job at hand and how they would attack it. They were professional, courteous, respectful and neat throughout the project. Each day they would make sure everything was cleaned up and out of the way prior to leaving. They keep us up to date of everything and went out of their way to explain what/why they were doing each step.I have never before had a project, even half the scope of this one, preformed where I felt I got everything stated and promised. Greg and his crews were exceptional. Everything was handled just as he said it would be in our initial meetings and on the proposal. They were on time daily and finished the project right when we expected them to. These guys know what they are doing and are actual professionals in the field as opposed to some contractors that can install Stucco the wrong/cheap way and cause a lot of damage later on down the road. Nobody wants to be told they need a major repair on their house but a stucco inspection on our house showed we had serious issues hidden behind the scenes. ICE wasn't the cheapest quote but it was the most comprehensive and detailed. That gave us the confidence to move forward with them and we didn't regret it. Forgive me for the run-on sentence but here I go: they started when they said they would, worked continuously until the job was done, made great progress each day, cleaned up the site completely each day, were very respectful of my family, easy to get along with, did excellent quality work, didn't mind doing the little extras when we asked. All this for the price they quoted - no change orders! Really well done! Thank you Paul, Greg and crew!!

We can recommend ICE Stucco Repairs. ICE took on a complicated nail fin replacement window project that involved coordination with the window installation contractor. ICE worked efficiently to remove the stucco around 30+ wall openings and waterproof the rough opening to allow nail fin installation of the windows, then added additional waterproofing before patching the stucco as if it never had been removed. We worked closely with ICE on the custom-color painting of the exterior. We are very pleased.

I am a Realtor and obtained 3 stucco repair bids for my client's residential home. Quality work priced right! Had a two story, 15 year old Bellaire home requiring extensive work due to improper construction techniques that allowed water intrusion. Price quote was very reasonable (I got 5), work scheduled and completed on time. Blended new and old textured surfaces very well. Team did some extensive stucco and framing repair, painted house, all while doing their best to protect landscaping and exterior equipment & furnishings. Really appreciated communication before & after job to make sure all went smoothly. This company is professional and thorough.

Greg was super professional and very flexible with his dates. We had closed on our house but hadn't moved in yet. I wanted to have all the work done prior to us arriving because we had a newborn and was worried about the noise. Greg manage to change around his schedule and make sure all of the work was completed before we arrived. He even finished a few days early. In addition... we were having credit card issues due to the recent address change and Greg waited patiently (10 days) for us to get everything sorted out with the bank. Again.. super professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely work with Greg again if I need any stucco work done.
